Vance’s Manufacturing Inc. (Vmi™ ) is located in Salt Lake City Utah.
Vmi™ produces the Vance's Foods™ DariFree™ and Sno*E™ TOFU product lines. DariFree™ is Kosher certified and utilizes suppliers from all over the United States for its ingredients.
Because DariFree™ is produced for people with severe food allergies Vmi™ must be ever diligent to ensure the ingredients and manufacturing process is contamination free and sanitary.
The Utah Department of Agriculture and Food Inspection Program evaluates and assures Vmi™ is in compliance with the Utah Wholesome Food Act and Utah Food Protection Rule, which identifies the standards for the proper facility construction, good manufacturing practices (GMP), and fulfills requirements of those applicable laws and rules in the state of Utah.
Certificate of Free Sale The FDA has issued a Certificate of Free Sale and Sanitation Inspection for the exportation of DariFree™. The state of Utah has also issued a Certificate of Free Sale for the exportation of DariFree™.
